  • Do I have to clean up pet feces before my service?
    Yes, pet feces MUST be picked up prior to your service. In extreme situations the visit may be skipped if not picked up.
  • Do I need to be home at the time of service?
    No, it is not required that you are home during the time of service completion! However, if you have specific instructions or requests, we ask that you are there when our crew arrives.
  • Are your products and services eco-friendly?
    Yes! Our team is currently transitioning to using all battery-powered equipment for our customers. All of our treatments are environmentally safe, ensuring your lawn thrives without harming the ecosystem.
  • What services do you provide?
    At Eco Lawns we provide traditional and robotic lawn mowing, landscape maintenance, aeration & overseeding, bulk mulch & topsoil delivery/installation, seasonal cleanups, and snow removal.
  • How should I prepare for service?
    We ask that you clear the area of any equipment, toys, hoses/sprinklers, and/or pet feces before our team arrives.
  • How can I get a quote for service?
    You can request a quote through the contact form on our website, or give us a call at (734) 800-2626. We’ll be happy to assess your needs and provide an estimate for whatever service you are interested in.
  • What areas do you provide service to?
    We proudly serve Ann Arbor, Canton, Dexter, Saline, and Ypsilanti, providing top-notch lawn care to local homeowners and businesses.
  • What day will you come to my property?
    Our crews use routes based on geographic areas, similar to your trash pick up service. When you sign up for a service, our office staff will let you know what day of the week you can expect our crew to be there.
  • What if it rains on my day of service?
    If your visit is skipped due to weather or unforeseen events, someone from the office will reschedule the visit if possible.
  • How do I pay my invoice?
    Your invoice can be paid in a few ways. You can add a credit card to your account and set up auto payments, you can mail us a check, or you can pay over the phone.
  • How often should I have my lawn mowed?
    We recommend a regular mowing schedule, every week, depending on the specific needs of your lawn and the season. Near the end of summer we tend to switch to bi-weekly mowing since there is minimal growth.
